Returns - General Policies
Our rough Jade is sold “as is”, and is not covered by any blanket return, exchange or cancellation policy.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at shop@jadeleader.ca if the item you receive is the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return in this unlikely event, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties or taxes that may apply depending on their location. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.
