How long does it take to process your order?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We will make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible.

What about shipping?

We currently ship to the US but can ship Internationally and within Canada.  Shipping times will depend on your location and your shipping choice. 

Insurance

The cost of shipping insurance is included for purchases up to $1,000.  Please contact the Company for insurance if requested for amounts over $1,000.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Taxes and Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties or tax that may apply depending on their location.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.
